A Motorcycle racer from Czechoslovakian motorcycle racer who was involved in a crash in which his head got run over, could speak perfect English when he regained consciousness.

At the time of the crash he knew just a couple of phrases.
He had only been in the country one day.

After the wreck he was out cold for about 45 minutes, when he recovered he was talking in flawless, unaccented English. He shocked his teammates.

His new skills did not last. His head injury, in which his helmet was split open, caused him to lose his memory for 48 hours. When he recovered  he no longer recalled any English.
