Michael Breczinski a lawyer from Michigan ran after two teens who shot him with BB guns in a parking lot of a mall on Tuesday, even while they pelted more shots at him.

The first one hit Breczinski below his ear on his neck. By the time he tackled one of the teens, he had also been hit in the stomach and multiple times in the  arm.

The two teens managed to   get away, but authorities apprehended them them in a nearby diner.

The attorney says both he and the teens are lucky, earlier he had his .45 caliber with him and if he had it at that time and thought the kids had real guns he may have shot them.

And the lawyer could have lost an eye.
