The closest percentage to him was 18%.Jindel is America’s youngest governor, and he is the first non-white since Reconstruction. Jindel’s parents came to the states form India to find the American dream. They did well, their son is now a Governor.

Jindel ran in 03, against Blanco, who decided not to run this time through as she received a lot of blame surrounding the hurricane recovery fiasco’s.
