Tutoring
Reading Tutors can quickly bring your child up to speed. If your child has fallen behind please consider getting him or her into tutoring, as the sooner you get your child help, the faster they will recover. Reading is a mandatory skill, and can not be ignored, please do not assume your child will outgrow the problem. While it is possible to outgrow, you would do them an injustice by not correcting the difficulty right away.
Judge Give Props to Suess
With a thought about the Dr. Suess story “Green Eggs and Ham”, a federal judge has scolded a convict about sending a hard boiled egg with his petition complaining about his quality of food in prison was in poor taste.
Judge Muirhead commanded that the egg be destroyed right away: “Today! Today! Today I say! Without delay!” wrote the judge.
Dr. Suess’ version went this way.
No comments“I do not like eggs in the file. I do not like them in any style. I will not take them fried or boiled. I will not take them poached or broiled. I will not take them soft or scrambled, despite an argument well-rambled.”
Bad Credit Credit Cards
“Bad things happen to good people.”
Cliche but true. So you had things happen that tampered with your credit a bit. It happens to a lot of people and there is support for people who want to fix these mishaps. There is credit available for people with less than perfect scores. And obtaining this credit and making sure it is handled properly will go great strides in fixing your credit score. There are bad credit credit cards available. Every time you use it and then pay the debt, you improve your score even more. In this day and age noone should be without credit, our economy is not only dependent on it, but is based on the assumption we will all have credit.
Yale Gallanter
There are quite a few people who have always prospered off of OJ’s misfortune. In the spotlight now is his attorney. Previously it was Cochran, now its Gallanter.
This man eats up the attention. And its an obvious plug for him all around: famous client, and hes commenting alot, getting a really good amount of publicity himself. He seems pleased OJ screwed up again.
Galanter has worked as a “nobody” all this time quietly grinding along. Gallanter first met OJ when he represented him in a road rage incident.
Of course, things picked up for Gallanter and he became a TV commenter. These days he has a 7 lawyer firm and a million dollar house.
Gallanters clever trial style may have been what saved OJ in the road rage incident, Gallanter said that the placement of OJ’s fingerprint on the other driver’s glasses showed that OJ did not strike the man, but instead was holding his hands up in defense.
No commentsLoans and Homes
Many people will not be able to buy their home outright. Don’t panic that normal. 99% of us will require a loan to purchase our homes. Especially lately theFHA mortgage is becoming quite common and is a great way to allow more people into the home market. FHA loans are also called government loans because they are backed by the government. The Veteran’s Administration also offers loans, I encourage you to see if you qualify. In recent years , the loan process has been simplified via the internet.
Many of the people that qualify for these loans are not aware that they do. In fact, most individuals who were in the military, do qualify for a VA loan. VA loans are, in my opinion, very strong. You can pay more than required monthly, to get your loan paid off faster with no penalty.
